It was a homely place, had very very helpful and efficient staff despite their efforts. Appreciated the great-sized room, and the exceptionally good view over the sea. The bed was amazing, I slept well.

We were in a marvellous location not very far from St Anta and All Saints. It was about 15 km from the airport.

Ideal hotel in a really lovely building with particularly good views of the sea. Brand-new, spotless room and excellent staff despite their efforts.

The room we booked was recently renovated and decent sized with incredibly comfortable bed and excellent view plus very good facilities as described. The setting was amazing, adjacent to Penzance as well as the Atlantic sports bar.

The location was good, next to beachfront, sports bar below and the town centre. I appreciated very classy and large room with a really good bathroom.

Modern and well decorated.Food and breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful on all matters. Quite a homely hotel.
There was a lovely bar in the hotel , but we were reluctant to use it because it was effectively used as a ' local pub ' and had rather noisey pool games( snooker ) being played etc. May be difficult for the hotel as they rely on these customers during the off season , but it does conflict with running a hotel for guests.........maybe get rid of the pool table.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Room bright, clean. I am a poor sleeper but found bed comfortable and cosy. Convenient for visiting St Ives but steep hill to access local beach.
Inconvenient parking across road and had to struggle across road with luggage.

Room was very good. The restaurant offered a very limited dinner menu and the food was okay but nothing special.

Seaview. Tea and coffeee facilities in room and toiletries available. Co-operative staff despite deficiencies in hotel.
1) Too far from town considering price - £114 for a double room in a hotel 2-3 miles from St Ives town centre. 2) Shower was leaking the entire stay so another bathroom had to be used. 3) Breakfast was mediocre.

I wasn't at the Atlantic for long. However I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were fantastic. In particular a member called Jo. She was brilliant! She always had a smile upon her face and a willingness to be of help. On check out there was a slight problem with the card machine. However no problems seemed to phase her and the issue was rectified quickly, efficiently and again with a smile. Thank you Atlantic hotel for a very pleasant stay with special praise for Jo!
